eVisaNation.com, a site owned and operated by SkyCosmos LLP( “we,” “us,” “our”) and provides its visa processing, photo processing, and related travel services to you in part through its website at eVisaNation (the “Websites”), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the “Terms of Service”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. If we do this, we will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. We will also notify you, either through the Services user interface or through other reasonable means. Any such changes will become effective no earlier than fourteen (14) days after they are posted, except that changes addressing new functions of the Services or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

In addition, when using certain services, you will be subject to any additional terms applicable to such services that may be posted on the Service from time to time, including, without limitation, the Privacy Policy. All such terms are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

  1. Access and Use of the Service
    1. Your Registration Obligations: You may be required to register with any of the Websites in order to access and use certain features of the Service. If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form. Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not authorized to use the Service, with or without registering. In addition, if you are under 18 years old, you may use the Service, with or without registering, only with the approval of your parent or guardian.
    2. Member Account, Password and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Service. eVisaNation will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
    3. Modifications to Service: eVisaNation reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that eVisaNation will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
  • Service Regulation
    1. The regulation surrounding the Visa is subject to change without notice. eVisaNation is not responsible for such changes or for any delay or loss relating to such changes.
    2. eVisaNation will not be liable for any costs, damages, and expenses from any fault or cause whatsoever, and including but not limited to liability for changes in travel, travel interruption, or prevention or limitation of travel and resulting expenses and costs, whether such damages, expenses or costs be incidental, direct, consequential, special, exemplary, or otherwise, and including but not limited to loss of profits or income, in excess of any service fees paid by customer for visa, photo or passport processing, regardless of circumstances, whether or not eVisaNation had knowledge that such damages might be incurred and whether or not eVisaNation may be, or may be responsible for, a contributing cause.
  • Delivery Times
    1. eVisaNation makes its best efforts to meet the delivery times but we do not guarantee any delivery times.
    2. eVisaNation will not be responsible in any respect or for any amount for delay or loss caused by events that we cannot or do not control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, war, acts of public enemies, civil commotions, strikes, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including Government website delays our outages).
    3. eVisaNation is not responsible for the actions or inaction of the Government of any country officials and personnel. eVisaNation is not and shall not be responsible for the actions and inactions of the Government of any Country. Processing time for tourist visas, passport renewals and photo services, is quoted by us as approximations based on our experience with relevant Governments. We are not and shall not be responsible for processing times.
    4. Visa requirement for any Country regarding the Visa is established by the Government of any Country and is subject to change without notice. While eVisaNation strives to provide complete and current information, we cannot guarantee that the information supplied is the most complete and current. We are not and shall not be responsible for such information.
    5. When you use our printed photo pickup service, eVisaNation uses third party stores for photo printing and processing we are not responsible for the actions or inactions of any such third party stores.
  • Application Related Terms
    1. Applications are advised to send accurately filled Application form along with the application fees and other requirements.
    2. Incomplete or duplicate application may be subject to rejection.
    3. Applicants are asked to mention their correct email ID as the accepted e-visa to Turkey shall be sent on that particular email ID in either JPG or PDF format.
    4. Applicants should have a valid passport applicable till at least 6 months from the date of arrival, a return ticket, and sufficient funds.
    5. The applicants are suggested to apply at least 48 hours prior to the travel.
    6. The period of the validity of the visa depends on the nationality and maybe single-entry or multiple-entry based on Nationality of the applicant.
  • Issuance Related Terms
    1. In case the visa is rejected, we shall not be held liable whatsoever.
    2. We are not liable for any losses or damage incurred at the applicant's end due to delay in receiving or approval of visa.
    3. We have strict policy to keep the user's information confidential. However if there is unauthorized access of your data we shall not be held liable.
    4. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the information filled in the application is correct.
    5. It is applicant's responsibility to check the accuracy of the grant letter. If there is a discrepancy bring it to our notice immediately.
    6. The approval letter is mailed within 72 hours of the application if the travel is within 6 months. If the travel is for a later period, you need to wait for the time till when there is no more than 6 months from your date of arrival.
